Having a live musician playing along with your DJ is a great option! You get to hear all your favourite tunes as you have never heard them before, brought to life with live percussion, bringing all the energy of a live band – but with the almost unlimited playlist of a DJ.
I am available to play live percussion alongside your chosen DJ, or solo with my new DJ & Percussion package for drinks or evening reception.
As well as playing my signiture silver sparkle percussion set up, I also play a mounted djembe drum which allows me to go out onto the dancefloor to interact with you and your guests!
I can play along with any style of music adding a live element and creating that unmistakable party atmosphere at your event.

The set up includes: PA system, full silver sparkle percussion set up, spectacular stage AND dance floor lighting, PLUS the roaming djembe drum.

Solo Percussion packages
- Afternoon drinks reception – (Up to 2hr performance) – Includes full silver sparkle percussion set up and PA system. £500
- Solo percussion alongside your chosen DJ – (5 x 20 min sets over 3hrs) – Includes full silver sparkle percussion set up, percussion lighting AND roaming djembe drum. £550
- Solo DJ & percussion – (DJ set interspersed with live percussion throughout) – Includes PA system, full silver sparkle percussion set up, stage AND dance floor lighting, plus roaming djembe drum. 4hrs – £750, 5hrs £850.
Evening package add ons:
- Drinks reception DJ set – up to 2hrs. Includes DJ booth and PA system £250
- Drinks reception DJ & Percussion set. Includes DJ booth, PA system AND electro-accoustic percussion set up £350
- Drinks reception – Full percussion set up £400
*Travel charged at 25p a mile. Accommodation required if the venue is greater than 2hrs drive away. Available for events within a 3hr radius.
*Extra hours of DJ service are also available for an additional £150 per hour. Prices for evening packages are based on a mid-night (or before) finish time. Later finish times are available for a small additional fee (£150 per hour pro-rata)

I couldn’t recommend Andy more highly. We booked Andy for our wedding, to accompany a DJ and play along with various genres of music. He just added a whole new level to the occasion which set the night off perfectly. Completely professional and accommodating from booking, through the wedding and even afterwards. A genuinely lovely guy, who always has a smile on his face and it is clear he loves his work. I would book him again in a heartbeat, for any occasion, and probably will in the future!
Andrew is just amazing! A pleasure to deal with before the event, during and after. Andrew was tasked with a difficult gig in that we are Asian and Asian music was played all night, Andrew improvised and rocked it all night! We booked him for only 2 hours but because of how good he was, everyone asked him to stay and he did! A gentleman with a passion for what he does, you won’t go wrong with King Konga.
2 weeks before our wedding I decided I wanted a bongo player to play alongside our DJ, I managed to find Andy and I am sooo pleased! He is such a lovely guy, very easy to talk to and is amazing at what he does! Our guests loved the bongos and the vibe was amazing!! Highly recommend!!
Andrew played for our wedding in September. He was so quick in replying and super helpful. He sorted everything out with my Dj so that saved me lots of time and worry. He was prompt on the day and all the guested loved him. So highly recommend and I would definitely use again.
